Toggle between light/dark themes

Use the Preferences: Toggle between light/dark themes command to quickly switch between light and dark color themes in VS Code.

You can configure the preferred light and dark color themes using the workbench.preferredLightColorTheme and workbench.preferredDarkColorTheme settings.
