Markdown: Convert to reference link

Markdown reference links let you reuse the same link at multiple spots in a file.

Use VS Code’s Extract Link Definition code action quickly convert all occurrences of a given link in the current file to a reference link. This creates a link definition at the bottom of the file and rewrites all links to reference that definition.

Reference links are especially helpful when maintaining longer #Markdown documents.
