Hide symbols in the outline view and breadcrumbs

Use the ‘show’ settings to control the type of symbols shown in the outline view and in the breadcrumbs.

"outline.showProperties":false for example hides all properties in the outline view.

Use Outline: Show * settings for the outline.

Use Breadcrumbs: Show * settings for the breadcrumbs.
